TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1.0 DEFINITIONS
"The Company" refers to MHealing a company incorporated under the laws of Malaysia. "The Customer" refers to any individual or entity purchasing goods via this Shopify storefront.

2.0 GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.

3.0 PRICING AND TAXATION
3.1 All prices are listed in [MYR/USD] and are exclusive of Sales and Service Tax (SST), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.2 For international shipments, the Customer is responsible for all import duties, VAT, and customs fees. The Company is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

4.0 DATA PROTECTION (PDPA)
By utilizing this platform, the Customer consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia). Data will be used solely for order fulfillment and internal marketing, unless the Customer opts out.

5.0 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, the Company’s liability for any claim arising from the purchase of goods shall not exceed the purchase price of the said goods. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

6.0 SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
