Shipping policy

1.0 Order Fulfillment & Processing
1.1 All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time of purchase, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
1.2 Processing Time: Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing may be extended during Malaysian Public Holidays or peak promotional periods.

2.0 Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
2.1 We utilize professional third-party courier services for all domestic deliveries.

Peninsular (West) Malaysia: Estimated 2–4 Business Days.

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Estimated 5–10 Business Days.

3.0 International Shipping
3.1 We offer international carriage to supported regions. Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to courier efficiency and customs clearance in the destination country.
3.2 Landed Costs: Shipping rates displayed at checkout exclude import duties, taxes (VAT/GST), or brokerage fees determined by the destination country’s customs authority.

4.0 Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs policies vary widely; MHealing has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

5.0 Risk of Loss
All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the customer upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier.

6.0 Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a shipment is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the package, the customer shall be liable for all additional costs incurred for re-delivery.
